3. What do I need for you to receive my own car as trade-in?
To receive your own car as trade-in you must own and have the title of the vehicle in your name.
4. Does Caruzen Motors have a service center?
Of course it is, however this service is only for Caruzen Motors' own cars.
5. How does the financing work?
We have two financing models:
In-House Financing:
In-house financing, as the name implies, involves obtaining financing directly with the dealer.
Financing with a financial institution:
Financing with a financial institution involves obtaining financing through a bank or other financial institution external to the dealer. In this case, the dealer acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the lender.
6. How long does it take to approve my financing?
In Caruzen Motors we make the application process online with the financial institution, so we will get an answer for you immediately, our goal is to fulfill your dreams in an easy, fast and safe way.
7. How long does it take to deliver my car?
Your car will be delivered subject to availability from the Texas Department of Mobility.
8. How long can my financing last?
This decision will be made depending on your credit rating and ability to pay.
9. Which bank or finance company do you work with?

10. Can I take out a car if I do not have credit?
